Identify whether the shipment starts at a business address or a cargo terminal. Add any loading equipment, appointment or release requirement that changes the handover.

Give the date and time the goods are required at the destination, as well as when they can be collected. Ask for the route to be assessed against both points.

Packaging that fits the movement

List individual package dimensions and weight. For palletised goods, explain stackability and loading access; for an air enquiry, flag any restricted or specialist contents.
